Biography
Allison Farrat is an accomplished attorney with a profound commitment to justice and a focused expertise in criminal law. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in 2019, she earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022, where she distinguished herself as Vice President of the prestigious Law Review and earned the CALI Award for excellence in legal studies.
During law school, Allison gained invaluable experience through internships with U.S. Magistrate Judge Reid and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she developed a keen understanding of criminal law and litigation. Her time with these institutions honed her legal skills and strengthened her dedication to serving the community.
After graduating, Allison began her professional career as an Assistant State Attorney, first in Miami-Dade County and then in Hillsborough County. In these roles, she managed a broad range of cases, including misdemeanors, juvenile offenses, and felonies. Known for her tenacity and legal acumen, Allison has successfully litigated numerous cases to jury verdicts, earning respect from colleagues and judges alike.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Allison is able to effectively serve the diverse communities in Florida, advocating for her clients with dedication and skill. Whether in the courtroom or behind the scenes, she is committed to upholding the rule of law and fighting for justice.
